About the role:

Responsible within the Digital team for supporting and optimizing paid media activities, ensuring excellence in campaign planning validation, execution, and performance analysis, in alignment with business objectives and defined KPIs.

Responsibilities:

DIGITAL & PAID MEDIA:

  • Critically validate media plans, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, KPIs, and digital strategies;
  • Perform technical validation of ads prior to launch, ensuring correct creatives, formats, tracking, and platform configurations;
  • Monitor campaign performance during execution (mid-flight) and after completion, identifying optimization opportunities and key learnings;
  • Actively contribute to the execution and ongoing optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms;
  • Manage and optimize Google Shopping strategy, including continuous monitoring of the Merchant Center and product performance;
  • Analyze channel performance and results to support data-driven decision-making;
  • Develop performance reports for global teams, presenting results, insights, and strategic recommendations;
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and excellence in digital execution.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of paid media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Pinterest Ads;
  • Experience with Google Analytics for performance analysis and optimization;
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally;
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
