About The Role
This position performs a variety of document services involving printing and production operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order and stock toner and copy paper to maintain inventory at/near devices
- First line assessment/trouble shoot service issues and no tool repairs.
- Visually check each device on a regular basis.
- Liaise with technicians to repair devices, escort if necessary (sites without Security).
- Some sites may require light copy/production (minor copying, binding and/or lamination only).
- Liaison between records management company and client.
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of archived items with records management company.
- Escort shredding vendor and FM vendors as needed or required.
- Assist with the provisioning of shredding consoles or extra services as required.
- Volume and site reporting as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
