About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Solution Sr. Analyst to join the Global Occupier Solutions Architecture & Pricing (GOSAP) Team in Manila. This role will report to the Sr. Engineer and play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, end-to-end solutions with robust full-stack architectures.
Working closely with project teams and CBRE Digital & Technology representatives, this role will be responsible for building scalable applications, automating complex workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations within the Sales & Solution Enablement function of CBRE.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web-based platforms aligned with CBRE standards
- Create modular architecture for pricing engines and proposal templates
- Develop APIs and backend services for data processing, pricing calculations, and automated document generation
- Design and manage databases for client data, pricing models, and operational metrics
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Share Point, Microsoft Graph) for seamless data flow
- Implement encryption and secure authentication for sensitive client and pricing data
- Ensure compliance with CBRE IT policies and client-specific requirements
- Optimize system performance for fast response times and design for future scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on emerging technologies
What You’ll Need:- 5+ years in full-stack development (React, Angular, C#, REST API, Python)
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MSSQL, My
SQL and ETL processes:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Can work on a flexi-schedule
