JOB SUMMARY:
As a cornerstone of the Workplace Experience team, this role will drive initiatives that champion the physical, mental, and professional well-being of our client’s global workforce. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-impact wellness projects. By cultivating strong stakeholder relationships and managing the program’s lifecycle, you will ensure all objectives are met on time and within budget, measured against rigorous KPI and SLA benchmarks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct full project lifecycles—from initial charter and work breakdown structures to post-launch evaluation—ensuring seamless execution and measurable ROI. Work with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope of work, budget, milestones and risk identification.

Manage end-to-end team operations as the primary point of contact, optimizing workflows and mentoring a leadership tier of Supervisors and Coordinators to sustain peak productivity. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching, oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

Champion the deployment and governance of project management ecosystems in Asana, leveraging advanced visualization and workload modeling to synchronize cross-functional resources.

Architect and refine frameworks to eliminate bottlenecks; proactively implement industry best practices that scale team execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Serve as the principal client liaison, cultivating high-trust relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless program integration.

Orchestrate the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, synthesizing complex project milestones into high-level narratives that demonstrate clear ROI and strategic value to the client.

Establish and oversee rigorous KPI frameworks—tracking project health, resource utilization, and velocity—to ensure operational transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Develop mission-critical training assets and SOPs to empower users and onboard staff; enforce rigorous administration and governance standards across the team.

Maintain ultimate accountability for the client’s workplace program performance. Demonstrate high-level adaptability by pivoting between strategic oversight of projects and hands-on intervention as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within the program. Is responsible for understanding and guiding their general duties, helping to prioritize and making recommendations to streamline processes. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action, and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four year college or university plus a minimum of five years related work experience to include project management, wellness, business, hospitality, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Team Lead or Supervisor related experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP certification strongly desired.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Comfortable communicating critical business expectations via email and chat channels, in addition to in-person meetings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal and external stakeholders. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Comfortable meeting and interacting with new people. Warm and engaging demeanor, and the ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, and using this information to create charts and report on findings.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite preferred. Able to quickly learn and adapt to systems within CBRE and the client company. Able to create graphs, presentations, and other reporting visuals in Google Workspace as necessary.

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to program service delivery
