Job Title: Sr. Finance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and managing the following finance functions, but is not limited to annual budget preparation, monthly forecasting, strategic planning, management reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, month end close and other special projects for a client supporting a client account leader.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the planning and execution of the budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting for both T&T and Client. Establishes overall departmental priorities and ensures that all deadlines are met.

Improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.

Assists Executive Management with setting direction for the business. Reviews input from staff and business leaders to assist with strategic planning process. Provides commentary and guidance to finance management and business leaders with respect to strategic initiatives.

Works closely with Operations to support other initiatives in the business which could include but is not limited to: pricing, global reporting, strategic analytics with a focus on improving margins and identifying opportunities in the business for growth.

Ensures complete knowledge of monthly results. Reports and presents results to senior management.

Manages and executes T&T and Client month end close processes within the communicated deadlines.

Prepares invoices to present to the client aligned with the contract. Tracks payment status of these invoices.

Manages special projects and prepares presentations for senior management.

Facilitates review and approval of new business opportunities in accordance with the company approval guidelines. Reviews submissions from the businesses and presents to executive management for review.

Assesses staffing levels and skill sets to evaluate department needs. Identifies and provides development opportunities for staff.

Lead monthly client touch base calls and participate in weekly client capital governance meetings.

Lead year end 3rd party client accruals & monthly re-evaluations during the first quarter of the new year.

Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides supervision to one direct report.
