About The Role
The Manager, Estate Management supports the regional oversight of a banking real estate portfolio across APAC and MENAT regions. The role focuses on governance, data quality, and analytics, ensuring accurate estate data, regulatory compliance, and effective use of digital platforms to support decision-making across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do
- Support transaction administration for properties across APAC and MENAT markets
- Maintain accurate transaction records including rentals, options, expiries, renewals, and critical dates
- Track regional lease obligations, escalations, and key milestones across jurisdictions
- Coordinate with in-market teams and external parties on lease documentation and data updates
- Ensure estate and lease data comply with regional banking governance, audit, and control standards
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate, timely, and well-documented information
- Maintain clear approval workflows and documentation standards across regions
- Identify regional data gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance risks and drive corrective actions
- Own data integrity and quality across regional estate management systems
- Perform regular data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks
- Analyse lease costs, rental escalations, OPEX, CAPEX, and portfolio trends across regions
- Prepare regional dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis for management and client stakeholders
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to support portfolio optimisation
- Use and support digital CRM / estate management platforms (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent)
- Ensure consistent data structures, definitions, and reporting standards across markets
- Support system enhancements, data migration, and regional user adoption initiatives
- Partner with IT, vendors, and regional teams to improve system performance and usability
- Work closely with regional and in-country teams across APAC and MENAT
- Support senior managers in regional governance forums and client reporting
What You’ll Need
- Preferable 3–5 years’ experience in lease administration, estate management, or corporate real estate
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional certifications (e.g. RICS, or equivalent) are an advantage
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi-country or regional portfolios
- Experience working within property, banking, financial institutions, or other regulated environments is an advantage
- Strong analytical, numerical, and critical thinking capabilities
- High attention to detail and number sensitive
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability working as a team player
- Proficient in CRM / digital platforms (Salesforce or similar estate management systems)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and dashboards preferred
- Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights to stakeholders
- Structured, disciplined, and governance-focused
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and systems
