Project Executive (Digital Implementation) - Property Management
About The Role
This role is pivotal for property management organizations aiming to leverage technology to create smarter, more connected, and highly responsive communities, ultimately enhancing tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency through seamless digital interactions.
What You’ll Do
I. Property Transition & Digital Integration- Lead digital integration strategy for newly acquired or transitioning properties.
- Oversee secure migration of tenant/subsidiary proprietor data and digital access setup.
- Establish digital communication channels, resident portals, and automated systems.
- Implement digital payment, maintenance, and amenity booking platforms.
- Deliver training and support to onsite teams and tenants to drive digital adoption.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and transition protocols.
- Continuously refine digital processes to improve efficiency and tenant experience.
II. Digital Platform Rollout & Tenant/Occupier Experience Enhancement- Develop and execute digital ecosystem strategies for tenant/resident engagement.
- Manage implementation of daily-use digital tools (lease mgmt, payments, maintenance, visitor mgmt).
- Champion user-centric design and drive high tenant adoption.
- Enable digital communication, announcements, and engagement features.
- Lead change management efforts for digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor platform performance and optimize based on data insights and tenant feedback.
- Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on emerging Prop Tech innovations.
III. Property Transition Management & Operational Excellence- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, policies, and templates aligned with Global Standards.
- Localize and ensure compliance with global property management standards and risk frameworks.
- Conduct audits and drive continuous process improvement.
- Oversee D&T programs, including onboarding, handovers, and new system rollouts.
- Collaborate with Shared Services (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to support operations.
- Drive performance and service delivery excellence for onsite property teams.
What You’ll Need
· Min. diploma holder in Property Management or Facility Management with related major.
· At least 2 years working experience in Property Management or Facility Management.
· Good command of English with business level.
· Willing to travel to support site management team within Singapore.
· Computer literacy (MS office).
