To provide support to the Metro Capital Markets team and ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.

About the role- Day to day administrative support to team of agents

  • Draft and respond to correspondence, including reports and submissions
  • Diary and email management
  • Complete expense reimbursements for the team (subject to any change/outsourcing of this)
  • Marketing and operations management of campaigns (high volume)
  • Management of Salesforce – contact management, update opportunities and pipeline
  • Database management of incoming enquiries
  • Team administration including, maintaining, and updating team meeting agenda with budgets, forecasts and targets
  • Co-ordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
  • Travel bookings as required (domestic)
  • Organise client events and client engagement initiatives

About you:- Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities

  • Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.

  • Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
