Job description To provide administrative support to the calibration department

Responsibilities

**• Managing the shipping of Test Instruments offsite for recertification • Receiving Test Instruments back from recertification • Once initial review is complete, you will be required to close this out on Pro Cal • Overall management of Test Equipment on site - Sign In/Out logs etc.

  • Management of the SLA's with the vendors for all test equipment • Liaising with external vendors for any follow up works required for Test Equipment • Management of vendor visits to site - permitting, supervision and accompaniment etc.
  • Support Cal Lead with the creation of the calibration schedule • Support MSD with information required for QN's and CAPA's associated with Test Equipment • Liaising with different departments to ensure Test Equipment is available for recertification**

Essential Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft suite

Desirable Education/Experience:

**• 3 to 5 years Pharmaceutical experience or experience of similar structured regulated industry experience.

  • CCMS (Pro Cal) preferred • Lean six sigma techniques exposure. Yellow belt/ Green Belt certified • Experience of engineering change procedures and processes • Prior experience of contract management**
