Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.

This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our business process product domains and shape how partners, customers, and internal teams work with Cato across the full business lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple business areas, while leading and growing a team of Product Managers.

You will own the product direction for business-facing experiences that support our B2B go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem, and customer lifecycle, and will lead cross-company initiatives that cut across sales, partners, customer success, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for multiple business domains and the end-to-end business lifecycle with Cato.

  • Own the product direction and prioritization across business process domains, ensuring alignment with company strategy and measurable business outcomes.

  • Drive definition and evolution of end-to-end business and user journeys across partners, customers, and internal teams.

  • Lead strategic, cross-company initiatives and break them down into clear, executable plans across product, engineering, and business teams.

  • Ensure strong collaboration between Product and Engineering, with a focus on scalable, reliable, and high-quality delivery.

  • Establish clear product standards and best practices for roadmap planning, discovery, execution, and launch across the team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on business processes and go-to-market enablement.

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring Product Managers, including ownership of team structure, priorities, and delivery.

  • Deep understanding of B2B business models and experience working with channels and partner ecosystems.

  • Strong experience owning and improving end-to-end business lifecycles, including sales, onboarding, expansion, and post-sale processes.

  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and business units.

  • Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs.

  • Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) products or motions is an advantage.

  • Background in enterprise software; familiarity with networking, security, or SASE is an advantage.
