岗位内容：

1、完成新员工三级培训及三月内必须完成的课件，在试用期结束前通过测试取得认证。

2、严格遵守标准化操作。

3、按照生产计划和装配工艺流程完成各种装配作业并在规定的时间内完成装配工作。

4、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。

5、能快速学习整机及其生产过程的操作。

6、对装配的过程和结果按要求进行自检，及时准确完成各项记录。

7、按照要求正确操作装配设备、吊具、工装、量具等。

8、按照要求对装配设备、吊具、工装、量具等进行日常的维护和保养。

9、发现工作中安全、质量、速度或成本的问题及时报告给区域班长或主管。

10、维持工作场所及周边的环境安全、整洁、有序。

11、严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度，服从工作安排，认真完成本职工作及按时完成主管、组长、培训师安排的相关临时工作。

技能要求：

1.中专或同等及以上学历，制造类相关专业

2.具备良好的安全和质量意识, 严格按规定和流程操作。

3.良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。

4.具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念。

5.基本的Excel, Word技能
