About this role

We are looking for an Area Service Manager / Cooling to be assigned to our İzmir Region Office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for authorized service providers and acquiring new ones

  • Providing professional and effective solutions to customer requests on technical issues

  • Actively participating in technical trainings

  • Ensuring coordination with technical service staff and authorized service companies

  • Making process improvement suggestions within the organization

  • Delivering a professional and customer-oriented service to ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive corporate image

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in HVAC

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experienced in Air Conditioning Systems and Technical Service operations

  • Able to manage service providers in the assigned region

  • Residing in İzmir

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive outlook

  • Able to adapt to intensive and flexible working hours

  • Experienced in computer programs (AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office, etc.)

  • Active driver

  • No travel restrictions

  • Highly motivated to take on new responsibilities

  • Knowledge of English is a preferred qualification
