About the role

两年期的培训期,由经理安排对应的岗位进行培训和工作;2年培训生期间负责销售经理指定的工作,如销售工程师,应用工程师等;
第三年正式定岗为销售工程师-自控,按照正式销售工程师工作职责进行考核;
定岗负责地区销售工作,配合团队执行市场战略,完成客户开发及业务增长计划,为客户提供自控系统解决方案。

Key Responsibilities:

  • 培训生时期完成经理指定的轮岗岗位的工作培训和学习。

  • 培训生时期熟悉公司基本流程和服务业务的基本流程,培养成为销售工程师的能力。

  • 定岗后,负责区域内对应的BMS销售等业务。

  • 定岗后,完成月度和年度交付确认的销售合同和销售确认。

  • 定岗后,找出业务增长的机会并利用团队资源开发和执行业务增长计划。

  • 定岗后,定期评估客户需求,并向地区管理层推荐提高客户业务范围的改善建议。

  • 定岗后,确保高职业道德意识和行为。

Requirements

  • 暖通制冷、机械、控制工程、、电子信息以及计算机工程等专业优先

  • 熟练使用CAD软件、英语六级

  • 掌握Microsoft Office 技能

  • 掌握良好的写作和口头技巧,能以服务语言向组织内外各层进行有效沟通

  • 良好的人际交往和销售技巧
