角色职责:

  • 负责推广和销售潜在客户的节能改造业务(包括空调产品、控制系统、安装系统以及相关的改造业务);

  • 负责识别潜在客户的节能、改造需求,并牵头协调团队完成方案制作与报价、并编制投标标书;

  • 负责针对跟踪项目进行设计院的前期方案和规范工作,推荐高效节能的产品及解决方案;

  • 负责与客户签订节能改造合同,并及时回收项目应收款项;

  • 负责主管安排的其他相关工作。

最低要求:

  • 暖通、制冷、自动化、相关机电或者机械专业的本科以上学历;

  • 具备大型建筑暖通空调系统相关知识,能够熟悉各种类型暖通空调以及空调节能方案;

  • 具备大型建筑暖通空调自控系统相关知识,熟悉节能相关的自控方案;

  • 具备一定的销售技巧,和一定的项目协调能力;

  • 有一定的英语书写和听说能力;

  • 熟练使用OFFICE办公系统,会使用AUTOCAD绘图系统;
