Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Specialist will be aligned to Cargill's Animal Nutrition and Health business in India. You will execute the marketing strategy and annual plans for the assigned Dairy Feed products for Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will apply general knowledge of the business, market, customer drivers and product offerings to create customer driven marketing initiatives that accomplish business and financial goals.

• Key Accountabilities

• Plan and execute the marketing strategy and annual plans for the assigned product, incorporating brands and customer segments as relevant and in alignment with broader business objectives.

• Partner with commercial teams to execute comprehensive product promotional programs, campaigns and other marketing activities in alignment with budgets and relevant competitive, customer and market dynamics.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the health and the growth of product portfolio by contributing to innovation, new product development, co-creation of customer solutions and product commercialization initiatives.

• Execute new products, services or solutions launches as measured by key performance indicators, collaborating across commercial and technical functions to optimize customer engagement and demand.

• Improve customer experience for the assigned product and support the development and activities for differentiated customer value propositions.

• Deliver relevant marketing trainings, events and collateral for the assigned products.

• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate team.

• Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Full time MBA.

• Other minimum qualifications may apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 years of marketing experience post qualification.
• Strong experience in product portfolio management, launching new products and developing advertising campaigns in the FMCG/B2C sector.
• Fluency in Hindi.
