• Job Purpose and Impact
• The Middle Office Analyst will be responsible to ensure accurate entry of all components of Daily Position & PNL, support the delivery of financial analysis related to the Business Group's activities, be engaged in profitability & month end reporting, identify processes improvement, contribute to data management & visualization and reply to ad hoc management requests. This position collaborates with various teams in the Business Group as well as various locations giving the opportunity to network globally across Cargill and collaborate with different cultures and nationalities. Regular performance reviews are held, and development goals are set to unleash the potential for future senior roles or transition into a different business group.

Key Accountabilities

• OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE: Performs moderately complex operational activities including trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations and all trade life cycle events, ensuring internal and external completion dates are met and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Acts as a key liaison with traders, external business partners and other internal and external counterparties to handle operational tasks, provide timely responses and collaborate to resolve operational issues.
• SYSTEMS & PROCESSES: Monitors and runs system processes, control reports, system feeds, reference and static data, error analysis and remediation action.
• DATA MANAGEMENT: Gathers and loads all required data in systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Identifies and suggests process and system improvements to mitigate risks, reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
