Job Purpose and Impact:

The Senior Application Developer - e Invoicing job maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. With minimal supervision, this job performs complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
The Senior Application Developer - e Invoicing will implement our standard e Invoicing solutions within our organization. In this role, you will proactively maintain the global template solution, understand business requirements for new country requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions in alignment with architecture and business processes and work closely with the different technology delivery teams.

• Key Accountabilities
• IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT: Implement our e Invoicing solution with a team of specialists via capturing business requirements, performing Fit-Gap analysis, documentation, configuration, testing, support deployment and cutover activities.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.
• APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
• USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Plays a key role and keeps an open channel of communication with users to respond to complex application support requests and needs.
• APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
• INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Leads prioritization of incoming incident tickets and user requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English
• Strong previous experience in finance applications, particularly invoice processing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with ERP finance modules
• Previous experience with VIM
• Previous experience within the Tax domain
• Experience with testing, test automation and hands on experience with ALM / TOSCA
• Speaking French on a business level
