Job Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Social Content lead with expertise in top-level content strategy planning, proficient in Xiaohongshu or Douyin matrix account operations, and deeply familiar with the dynamics of these social media platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media growth strategies, leading the team to build and optimize a multi-account matrix system. By leveraging data insights and platform mechanics, you will drive sustained growth in brand exposure, engagement, and conversion.

Content Strategy & Matrix Account Management

  • Develop and implement content strategies and operational plans for priority platforms (for example, Xiaohongshu,Douyin and etc), defining the layout and growth roadmap for matrix accounts.
  • Design content matrices tailored to different audiences and scenarios (account positioning, columns, themes, content formats) to establish a sustainable growth model.
  • Optimize topic selection, content structure, and publishing schedules based on platform mechanics and algorithms to maximize exposure and conversion.

Strategic Planning & Team Leadership

  • Formulate and execute a holistic social media development strategy across all platforms, covering content matrix planning, growth tactics, channel prioritization, and budget allocation.
  • Lead and develop the social media team, establishing efficient processes for creativity, execution, and review, while driving team skill development and goal achievement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & User Growth

  • Work closely with brand, PR, and product teams to connect content efforts directly to business conversion.
  • Optimize new user onboarding and retention strategies to improve full-funnel conversion efficiency.

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Team to deliver optimal results.

  • 8+ years of experience in social media operations/content strategy and 3+ years in team management.

  • Proven expertise in Xiaohongshu/Douyin matrix account operations and platform dynamics, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale social media projects.

  • Strong skills in content matrix development, creative planning, and strategy execution.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and AI tools (e.g., GPT) for topic selection, titles, tagging, and content optimization.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills, with end-to-end experience in content operations.

  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
