This is a full time, remote Summer Internship that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Calix is looking for a Channel & Ecosystems partner Intern to join our team for the Summer. In this role, you will be part of a unique and award-winning program within the company. The program provides the opportunity to learn new skills through training and on-the-job learning. You’ll learn Calix products and solutions, work across functions and interact with customers, prospects, and sales team members. We are looking for someone who is passionate about business partnerships, marketing, and building tools utilizing AI to solve problems.  This is an exciting opportunity for any aspiring Business, Sales or Marketing student to come into a high growth, fast paced environment and get real hands-on experience in a Partner team. The duration of the program is expected to be 90 days.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work with key internal stakeholders to support Partner Program initiatives
• Research partners and gather information on their competitive landscapes and key differentiators
• Assist with general data clean up initiatives.
• Assist with self-serve tools & applications to support programmatic partner management
• Create data-driven materials to assist the Calix sales team with knowledge of our partners
• Create data-driven materials to assist the Calix partners with knowledge of our products & solutions
• Assist with internal process design & documentation
• Assist with managing & updating the internal partner Sharepoint sites
• Work cross functionally with the marketing team to support partners, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, or a related field
• Excel and data entry experience
• Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred
• PRM experience is preferred (Zinfi)
• Comfortable with technology and learning new applications and platforms
• Team player
• Experience in a role or project requiring analytical problem solving and analysis
• Effective communication skills with all levels of an organization
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• Microsoft Office software suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work for the complete summer break (May
• August or June
• September).
• Preference will be given to Juniors or Seniors with previous internship experience

The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

San Francisco Bay Area:

21.85 - 28.75 USD Hourly

Select US Metros and States:

19.00 - 25.00 USD Hourly

Other US Locations:

17.10 - 22.50 USD Hourly
