Job Description

About the role This internship supports the delivery of office renovation and workplace fit-out projects. You will work closely with the project and workplace teams to help coordinate design, documentation and site activities, ensuring spaces are delivered on time and to design intent.

This is a hands-on role for students who want to understand how interior concepts become real, functioning workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team in planning and delivering interior design and fit-out projects

  • Track design, procurement and construction timelines across multiple workstreams

  • Take minutes in design, consultant and contractor meetings and follow up on action items

  • Coordinate with Design, IT, Workplace, Marketing and Operations to integrate all space requirements

  • Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks

  • Provide general project support to ensure workplace projects are delivered smoothly

About You:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or related field

  • Able to provide a University Introduction Letter, Student Confirmation Letter or Student ID

  • Seeking an internship as part of academic requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Students with foundational knowledge of Project Management Methodologies would have an added advantage
