Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Services:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare and issue employment-related documents such as employment certificates, exit certificates, and government-required forms.
  • Plan and support HR events.

Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, documentation, and system readiness for new hires.
  • Support and conduct new hire orientation sessions and first-day logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and welcome kits.
  • Support benefits enrollment activities for new hires and employee life events.

Reporting, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare HR reports and data summaries to support analysis, meetings, and presentations.
  • Stay informed of changes in local labor laws and support compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, documentation, and employee experience.
  • Maintain awareness of HR trends and best practices.

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for recruitment activities.
  • Gain exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes, supporting sourcing, coordination, and hiring activities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or HR specialist roles.

  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition processes.

  • Experience supporting HR operations in a multinational or technology-related environment.

  • Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools.
