Lead Program Manager:

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

Cadence Design Systems is looking for a highly motivated Lead Program Manager to work as a member of the R&D staff on Cadence’s Pegasus Physical Verification product.  You will be part of a team responsible for contributing release management and maintaining the release contents and schedule.

Job Responsibilities: The role’s day to day responsibilities cover:

Tracking release content and schedules

Mapping issues reported to releases.

Co-working with other program managers, R&D leaders, engineers, configuration managers as well as upper management, to secure release schedule and contents.

Job Qualifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech- in technical fields

Some program management skills or experience.

Experience: 3-4 Years

Required Skills:

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:

Proficient in script programming, such as PERL, Python, etc.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms is preferred

Prior experience with large software product releases is highly preferred

Prior understanding of physical verification is highly recommended
