The Opportunity:

Join CACI as a Cybersecurity Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) under our new long-term Transport & Cybersecurity Services (TCS) contract.

You'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge IT infrastructure services to ensure timely, relevant, and accurate GEOINT in support of national security. This is your chance to lead innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services across multiple networks and security domains worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of all Cybersecurity Operations Cell (CSOC) services under the contract.
  • Ensure the secure operation of NGA’s global enterprise from cyber threats by guiding and directing contract personnel.
  • Provide cybersecurity operations expertise and guidance for the design, development, implementation, operations, and sustainment of CSOC services.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including the Chief Cybersecurity Engineer, to modernize existing CSOC solutions and infrastructures.
  • Drive strategic technological innovation and provide expert-level technical knowledge and analysis on complex cybersecurity matters.

Qualifications: Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security Engineering, or IT-related discipline (or 6 years of Cybersecurity operations experience in lieu of a degree).
  • TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
  • Specialized experience (12 years) in implementing, engineering, integrating, architecting, designing, or operating cybersecurity technologies.
  • Minimum of 2 years leading a cybersecurity operations center with a constituency size greater than 1,000 users.
  • Experience presenting briefs to senior customer management and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience modernizing cybersecurity operations centers.
  • Certified DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Management Officer (IAM) Level III and Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Manager.

Desired:

  • 10 or more years of specialized experience with implementing, engineering, integrating, architecting, designing, or operating cybersecurity technologies.

  • 2 or more years experience leading a cybersecurity operations center with a constituency size greater than 10,000 users.

  • 5 or more years of experience in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity capabilities for systems and services in cloud environments, including hybrid cloud environments.

  • Experience in cybersecurity operations with emphasis on the Intelligence Community capabilities.
