Job Description Work Environment:

• Hybrid - from Gdańsk/Warsaw, 3 days from the office

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) for databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and Secure File Transfer solution (SFTP).
• Manage encryption keys, certificates, and keystores in compliance with organizational security policies.
• Perform encryption and decryption operations with minimal impact on database performance.
• Troubleshoot TDE-related issues, including key management, backup encryption, and database recovery.
• Monitor file transfer logs and alerts to detect and respond to unauthorized access or data leakage attempts
• Maintain documentation for encryption configurations, key management procedures, and file transfer workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 experience with TDE and SFTP solution.
• Hands-on experience with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) in one or more database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience with secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2) and managed file transfer (MFT) solutions.
• Great customer orientation skills.
• Client interfacing skills, understanding and translating requirements back to team.
• Maintain a project plan.
