The Opportunity: • CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. This position under general supervision, assists users with government databases, software, and systems. You will also support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues. Candidates will be required to work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during core hours of 6:00am – 4:00pm.
Qualifications: Required • Active clearance: TS/SCI with Poly
**• **Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
- IAT Level I (A-CE, NetworkCE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
- Prior Systems Administrator experience (2 years)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Desired: • IAT Level I and IAT Level II (GSEC, SecurityCE)

Prior Systems Administrator experience (5 years)

Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
