The Opportunity:CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator with a background in Cloud environments and hybrid Windows/Linux experience to support the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) task order at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The ARAT team provides critical rapid reprogramming support for Army Electronic Warfare (EW) initiatives.
You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide threats while using your problem-solving skills and able to work independently while in support of on-going projects managed from the SEC-ARAT Program Office.
Responsibilities:
As a System Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting the ARAT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity (ICS) Branch and the “EW Arsenal” project. Additional responsibilities will include:

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of ARAT’s IL6 (AWS) Cloud environment.

Managing Windows servers and web server, which typically involves installing and upgrading the servers, as well as solving any kind of problems with the systems.

Monitoring and developing the procedures for backups of the servers.
-
Monitoring the system configuration, including the server event log.
-
Support administration of Windows 10/Server 2016/2019.
-
Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these environments.
-
As needed, provide essential software support for the laptops, desktop personal computers, and printers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing the structure of the network.

Perform testing of operating system software, networking software and also the computer hardware.
-
Will utilize network monitoring tools to troubleshoot networking issues.

Support implementation and sustainment of firewall technologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
An active DoD Secret Security clearance.
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or IT related field.
-
5+ years of relevant System Administration experience. 8+ years may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
-
Relevant Information Assurance (IA) Certification, in accordance with DoDM 8140.03.
-
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
-
Experience in Windows Enterprise environment including Server and Desktop.
-
Experience with Linux administration (including RHEL and/or CentOS).
-
Internet Information Services (IIS) web server experience.
-
Experience with AWS Cloud services such as VPCs, S3 buckets, Load balancers, EC2 instances, Identity Access Management (IAM), Security Groups, Cloud Security, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, etc.

Experience working in a classified lab environment.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,700 - 173,900 USD
