Job Title: Director of Cross-court (SaaS) Sales

Job Summary:

The Director of Cross-court (SaaS) Sales will be responsible for leading and growing BP Products N.A. Inc.'s SaaS sales efforts, driving market penetration and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic sales initiatives and robust customer experience design.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for our SaaS products, aligning with overall business objectives and sector-specific opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement in sales practices.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying new market opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and negotiating complex contracts.
  • Implement and refine business process improvements within the sales function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee customer segmentation strategies and design customer service processes that deliver an effortless customer experience, tracking performance through key Customer Experience Metrics.
  • Act as a key point of contact for significant customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution with a customer-centric thinking approach.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure our SaaS offerings meet market demands and are effectively positioned.
  • Drive operational pricing strategies to improve revenue and profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster collaboration and achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrate strong digital fluency in employing sales technologies and platforms to optimize sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Navigate and lead the team effectively through ambiguity, adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within a SaaS environment, preferably in the energy or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agility core practices and Business process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Contract Management and negotiation.
  • Exceptional ability to apply Customer centric thinking to sales strategies and customer interactions.
  • Experience with Customer enquiries resolution, Customer Experience Metrics, Customer Segmentation, and Customer Service Design.
  • A track record of successfully delivering an effortless customer experience.
  • High level of Digital Fluency in applying sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, operational pricing strategies, and sector-specific challenges.
  • Excellent Collaborator Management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of an organization.

How much do we pay (Base)? (130,000 - 200,000 (Minimum & Maximum)) Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

This position is eligible for US Benefits Select. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
