You will work with
A Team ensuring the security of an organization's applications by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities through various methods like code reviews, penetration testing, and threat modeling. They work collaboratively with development teams, implement security standards and best practices, monitor for security threats, and help build automated tools to embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Let me tell you about the role
We are looking for a highly expert Agile Lead to advise and support cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of projects applying Agile methodologies. The preferred candidate will demonstrate motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive leadership, supervising projects from inception through to completion while ensuring business objectives are met and project value is optimized.
What you will deliver

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc) across teams.

Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to improve team collaboration and productivity.

Identify and remove impediments to team progress, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.

Track and report on agile metrics to measure team performance and delivery progress.

Cultivate strong communication and collaboration between development teams
-
Promote innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within teams.

Regular reports and dashboards showing agile health metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, team satisfaction, etc.).

Facilitated sprint ceremonies with documented outcomes and actionable improvements.

Retrospective summaries with key insights and improvement actions.
What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)

Proven background as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in technical environments with 5+ years of experience

Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple teams and influence all levels

Familiarity with Confluence, Azure DevOps
Preferred certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist
