Job Description:
职责描述(经理): 负责系统研究国家及地方医保政策,跟踪政策动态与趋势,分析其对医疗器械行业的影响及联动效应,定期输出研究报告。
- 基于政策研判,制定公司医保应对策略,协助业务部门识别市场机遇、评估与管控政策风险。
- 组织开展内部医保政策培训与解读,提升相关部门对政策的理解与应用能力。
- 支持中央层面政府事务工作,参与和医保相关主管部门的沟通,推动政策倡导与关系维护。
- 协同公司各相关部门或团队,推动医保相关策略在业务中的落地与执行。
- 联动行业协会、专家及合作方,拓展政策信息渠道,支持公司长期政策环境建设。
岗位要求
- 研究生及以上学历,公共卫生、医保管理、医药政策等相关专业优先。
- 具备医疗器械或医药行业政府事务、政策研究、市场准入相关经验,熟悉医保政策体系与运作机制。
- 具备优秀的政策分析、研究报告撰写及策略制定能力,能独立开展政策调研与解读。
- 沟通协调能力强,具备良好的内外部推动力,能适应跨部门、多任务协作。
- 思维缜密,责任心强,具备良好的抗压与应变能力,能适应阶段性出差。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力,能胜任英文邮件、报告及会议沟通。
- 具备项目管理或内部培训经验者优先。
