  • Build strong working relationships and credibility with trading benches, influencing operators, team leaders, and traders on technical matters.
  • Collaborate actively with the global Cargo Assurance network and provide technical support to other BP businesses as needed.
  • Contribute to BP’s internal product quality governance forums, ensuring ongoing oversight of regulatory, compliance, and specification requirements.
  • Deliver structured training and regulatory updates to trading benches on product quality, shipboard operations, and terminal operations.
  • Provide technical guidance for new business origination and new storage contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to BP policies, ST&S governance requirements, HSSE standards, and the BP Code of Conduct, fostering a culture of safe and ethical operations.
  • Ensure third‑party contractors meet BP’s policies, standards, and Code of Conduct requirements—particularly HSSE—through thorough audits and performance reviews, supporting an incident‑free or equivalent experience ship/shore interface.
