Job Description Summary
This role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of key building and township facilities, ensuring all systems—from HVAC and electrical to plumbing and safety—function smoothly. It also manages contractor performance, vendor coordination, compliance requirements, and overall workplace cleanliness and safety standards.

About the Role:
- Oversees and inspects building and township facilities (HVAC, lifts, electrical, plumbing, fire services, water supply, sewage, lighting, civil works) and ensures timely reporting of any breakdowns affecting operations.
- Manages end-to-end coordination with contractors and suppliers for repairs, malfunctions, and maintenance—ensuring SLA compliance, service order processing, and evaluation of contractor performance.
- Ensures effective handling and follow‑through of occupant and employee requests/complaints, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.
- Handles vendor and contract management, including quotation analysis, recommendations, renewals, vendor comparison, monthly evaluations, and inventory control at approved levels.
- Liaises with statutory bodies and telecommunication agencies; manages property tax payments and ensures vendors’ compliance with ESIC/PF/labor regulations.
About You
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering; OR a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication, administrative, and technical skills.
- Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in facility management with proven capability overseeing building systems and day‑to‑day operational performance.
- Experienced in managing end‑to‑end facility operations, including custodial, life‑safety, engineering, and general maintenance in alignment with Cushman & Wakefield policies and client directives.
- Strong background in vendor and contract management, including performance reviews, compliance oversight, bidding processes, and coordination of third‑party service providers.
- Skilled in preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, documentation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to all safety and statutory requirements
