• Assists with the deployment of new laptops and desktop as well as device upgrades.
• Provide technical support to end-users via ticket system, email, phone, or in-person.
• Maintains customer service by providing first-level hardware and software support as instructed by associate members.
• Provide technical support to users including network connectivity, VPN and remote desktop.
• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and support for IT blueprints in M365/Office365 workloads and applications.
• Facilitate infrastructure lifecycle to ensure business continuity and reduced risk to operations.
• Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Document IT procedures and create user guides.
• Work collaboratively within the Central Infrastructure network teams to ensure standards and processes are followed.
• Perform setup and maintenance of IT Infrastructure with guidance from senior team members.
• Contributes to project work assigned to the infrastructure team by completing a variety of assigned project tasks and duties with accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field with a GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• High energy, confident, and effective communicator in both written and verbal communications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Window 11 OS, Network, Servers , Storage System…
• Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Office 365.
• Interest and passion for IT technologies and innovative IT solutions.
• Self-motivated, structured, and result-driven.
• Flexible with change, work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have knowledge with ITIL processes and tools.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with infrastructure lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of security best practices in IT infrastructure.

• Some knowledge of Cloud architecture, network operations, databases, programming, data analytics, and enterprise IT.

• Preferred IT certification: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google IT Support Professional, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), ITIL Foundation
