Your contribution to something big: - Support in supplier management activities (This replaces "Supplier selection" to better reflect a support role); - Processing market requests (RFQ - Request for Quotation). - Quotation comparison (COQ) based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. - Administrative support for the current buyers, including:- Preparing documents (e.g., checklists) for system update requests; - Creating purchase orders for samples and tooling; - Following up on requests for declarations of conformity; - Contacting suppliers for data and document updates. ## Qualifications What distinguishes you: - Academic degree in Business Management, Economics, or similar area; - High level of social and communication skills; - Good analytical skills; - Structured way of working; - PC literate (e.g.: MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) - SAP knowledge is a plus; - Fluent in English. ## Additional Information Duration: 12 months Work #LikeABosch includes: ⚖️ Flexible work conditions 🔀 Hybrid work system 🧑‍⚕️ Medical office on site (general surgeon, psychology, physiotherapy, general clinic) 💲 Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products 🏋️ Sports and health related activities 🅿️ Free parking lot 🍽️ Canteen Success stories don´t just happen.
