• Preventive maintenance **/**Predictive maintenance to reduce the unplanned breakdown and to improve OEE

• KPI tracking such as MTBF, MTTR, PMI completion and other metrics

• Spares management: Spare parts planning and procurement / Spare parts repair and service
  Assist maintenance personnel by providing technical guidance,

• Support in troubleshooting, resolve and ensure fast resolution of breakdowns

• Audit preparing for maintenance topic ( System audits, IATF & ISO, HSE)

• Implement process improvement projects in collaboration with CFT and to achieve the VSO targets

• Kaizens (improvement) topics

• Budget planning & track the utilization to achieve maintenance KPI's

• Manpower planning and handling

B.E / B.Tech. (Mechanical)

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machineries

• Basic quality tools, Data analytic tools (5 why)
