As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes and supporting the industrialization of new products. Your work will contribute to efficient, innovative, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

Your contribution to something big:

• Monitor and support the development and implementation of new production processes
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing and Control Instructions (Work Instructions)
• Create and maintain Standardized Work Instructions for production lines
• Analyze and optimize workstations and production line balancing
• Conduct production time studies and MTM analysis
• Perform capacity analysis and production performance evaluations
• Support the industrialization of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Analyze and implement process and product improvements
• Prepare technical calculations and cost estimations for new products
• Maintain and update process data in SAP systems

What distinguishes you:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field

Experience:

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry

Know-how

• Knowledge of MTM, REFA, and production time analysis
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Standardized Work, and Kaizen
• Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• Experience working with SAP systems (e.g., SAP-CAPP)
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for engineering or process optimization is a plus

Languages

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
