Project Role: Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description: Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills: Python (Programming Language)

Good to have skills: NA

Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and support service request forms, reports, user interfaces, process automations, workflows, and data queries within the ITSM systems.
Customize the UI for the ITSM in accordance to the requirements

• Documentation
• Design and build procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in software development
Strong practical experience scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash, Shell)
Knowledge of ITSM and ITSM tools like ServiceNOW and/or OTRS will be an added advantage

Experience in REST API:

Excellent problem-solving, collaboraton and communication skills
Experience in configuration management tools like Git
Experience in issue tracking and Agile project management tools like Jira
Familiar with Agile development methodologies

Experience in databases like Postgre

SQL and MariaDB:

Experience in Figma, and experienced in managing Figma based Design Library is a plus
Experience in working SMS tools like Twilio will be an added advantage
Experience interfacing with an email server will be an added advantage

Web Developer (look to build these apps within Znuny)
Event Management Viewer - displays events residing within Zabbix
GNAT - Tool that polls data from Zabbix and Znuny
Web Portal—this will display data out of Znuny
