As Head of Creative Development & Design, you will own the global creative vision, set the design direction across markets, and inspire teams and partners to deliver outstanding and future-proof creative work. You will combine strategy, storytelling, and innovation to ensure a powerful and differentiated brand presence worldwide.

Your Impact
- Define and drive the global creative vision and long-term brand direction
- Shape the brand’s positioning, value proposition, and differentiation in competitive markets
- Lead the development of global visual strategies and scalable creative frameworks
- Provide hands-on art direction from concept to execution across all key touchpoints
- Ensure bold, innovative, and consistent visual storytelling worldwide
- Establish and continuously evolve global brand guidelines and creative standards
- Review and elevate creative outputs to ensure excellence and alignment
- Lead strategic collaboration with global creative agencies, including evaluation and tender processes
- Foster innovation by integrating automation and AI tools into creative workflows
- Inspire and empower teams to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Creative Direction, Marketing, or a related field

Additional certifications in branding, innovation, or digital transformation are a plus
Experience

Extensive experience in senior creative leadership roles within international environments

Proven success in building and scaling global brand identities

Strong background in agency collaboration and creative governance

Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into high-impact visual execution
