Engineering abilityreadiness

  • Knowledgeable/experiences of the technical requirements of power tools.

  • Experiences on structure design of power tools.

  • Know deeply of both mechanical & electrical system of power tools.

  • Tech communication internally and externally.

Product development

  • Experienced and knowledgeable of all corded/ cordless products covers all emerging countries;

  • Experienced and knowledgeable of all main competitor’s performance.

  • Implement & Execute performance/quality criteria.

  • Familiar with whole development process.

Product quality/manufacturing

  • Managing quality complaints.

  • coordination with supplier and Q team for root-cause and resolution on complaints.​

  • Supporting QMM in quality improvement measures development by collecting and transferring feedback from countries` aftersales.​

  • Work with project team for quality improvement/maintenance with suppliers.

  • Know deeply about whole production process of power tools + supplier chain.

  • Bachelor of higher degree in engineering.

  • 8 years of experience of power tools industrial. Experienced both in global and local companies is preferred.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Teamwork sprit.

  • Fluent in English.
