What you`ll do

In your role as a Senior FedRAMP Project Manager – Compliance & Certification you will manage complex large-scale audit projects to prepare SAP solutions to undergo various levels of FedRAMP certifications. This includes working with cross-functional teams to drive audit process optimization. You will leverage extensive knowledge in compliance by working closely together with auditors, third party accessors, development, and operations teams.

The Senior FedRAMP Project Consultant – Compliance & Certification role includes, but is not limited to:

  • End-to-end coordination of public sector audits - including - e.g., project assignments, monitor and reporting of ongoing onboarding projects, ensure timely de-escalation, provide guidance to project consultants on onboarding process and procedures.

  • Partner with and collect/report key metrics provided by multiple stakeholders, assist with the development and reporting of key audit dashboards for onboarding projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on listening to stakeholder and customer needs.

  • Drives and promotes continuous improvement by initiating and leading retrospectives.

  • Converts proven best practices into sustainable standards.

  • Coaches project manager with less experience and proactively shares knowledge, expertise, and best practices in coaching situations.

What you bring

5+ years of experience in IT/Cloud auditing and controls (i.e., FedRAMP, C5, SOC 1 & SOC 2, ISO Standards, NIST, etc).

  • Project management experience & ability to successfully manage projects end-to-end.

  • 7+ years of relevant working experience

  • Ability to achieve United States Security Clearence.

  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

  • Good communications skills in English language, highly developed interpersonal skills, and strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a diverse team.

  • Team player with strong service attitude

  • Agility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 144500 - 245600(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
