We are looking for a highly motivated Specialist who is passionate about learning and development, and eager to take responsibility for organizing and managing training processes across Central and Eastern Europe. In this role, you will not just handle administration – you will directly contribute to how our people develop and thrive.
Your responsibilities:
- End-to-end training organization and administration (ordering, event management, invoicing, reporting)
- Prepare documentation and reports to measure training effectiveness; maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and feedback
- Act as key contact for stakeholders, proactively collecting information on legal and regulatory changes affecting Associate Development
- Support the rollout of new training processes and systems, ensuring smooth implementation and best practice adoption
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a multinational environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive personality with excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset, able to make independent decisions and coordinate effectively across levels
- Intermediate Czech/Slovakian AND English language skills (written and spoken) – both are essential for this role
