What is the Accelerate Development Program?

The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.

  • Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)
  • Promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies
  • 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
  • You are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other Bosch associate
  • Targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
  • Supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
  • Designed to transition you into a final role as a Process & Operations Engineer.

You are a visionary leader ready to master the global supply chain by redesigning processes through Lean and Industry 4.0. You bridge the gap between warehouse operations and executive strategy while driving digital transformation, sustainability, and SAP innovation. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Manufacturing environments (Middle level).
  • Proven expertise in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management.
  • Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, TPM, Pull System).
  • Hands-on experience with Material Flow Design and Value Stream Mapping (VSM/VSD).
  • Project Management proficiency (from conception to implementation).
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and SAP modules.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Ability to manage indirect personnel, influence cross-functional teams, and lead change management.
  • Professional fluency in English.
