The Project Management Office (PMO) Leader, leads the organizational structure that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques. PMO Leader is the process owner of Project Management (PM) process of the plant.

English Advanced

Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic or similar career with

project management knowledge

SKILLS:

  1. Software:

a. Microsoft Project – Advanced level

b. Microsoft Visio – Advanced level

c. Microsoft Excel – Intermediate/Advanced level

d. Microsoft Power Point, Word – Intermediate level

  1. Professional Project Management (PMP) Certified.

  2. Robert Bosch Project Management Certification (RK PMQ) completed.

  3. Experience: At least 3-5 years project experience as project manager of C/D-category projects or team/group leader.

  4. Experience in Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Critical path, etc.)

  5. Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, VSD/VSM, JIT, Kanban, Heijunka, OEE, PDCA,

Root cause analysis, etc.)

  1. Experience in Problem Solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto, flowcharts, SWOT,

etc.

ACTIVITIES:

  1. Execute & deploy Mobility Electronics of Project Management Strategy.

  2. Apply Mobility Electronics Project Management Standards and shape Busines Unit specific PM.

  3. Implement consequent Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME Strategy

  4. Ensure & track maintenance and quality of project data and success critical PM KPI’s.

  5. Ensure proper organization of Steering/ Review Committees of all Plant Projects and

support with relevant PM data.

  1. Coach and support Non-PEP / PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in Plant, to

ensure the QGC fulfillment and enable the plant for sample production. (PEP:

Product Development Process)

  1. Actively collect feedback from Projects to contribute improvement of PM framework

and PM excellence at BBM

  1. Consult Project Managers development of PM employees.

  2. Moderate Project workshops, e.g., Kick-Off, Lessons Learned.

  3. Represent Plant perspective in ME Project Management network.

  4. Receive PMO targets from ME/PMO enriched with BU and Plant business needs.

  5. Develop, implement, maintain, and improve all elements of project management for the Plant.

  6. Issue rules and regulations regarding project management for the Plant.

  7. Foster an adequate competence level for all PM roles.

  8. Carry out PM maturity (self-)assessments.

  9. Collect new products information from BBM Planning Process and allocate to the respective VS Project Managers
