1.Purchasing representative in new project teams, restructuring & localization projects, external procurement part projects.

1. Implementation of relocation and purchasing ratio project with the PUR team.

2. Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection and inquiries new parts .

3. Checking specifications and special characteristics for risk analysis together with R&D and PUQ.

4. Determine Q requirements in technical talks with suppliers (e.g. TSR input regarding tolerances, process capability, machine capability, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc.)

5. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery for CD samples.

6. Control initial sample approval process (dimensions, function, material, process).

7. Control series start-up until project handover

8. The other tasks assigned by HoD.

1.负责新项目采购，本地化采购项目以及外部第三方采购；

2.负责实施降本项目的具体工作；

3.负责新项目物料的供应商筛选工作，并组织sourcing meeting;

4.负责确认物料的规格，特性，并同研发部门以及供应商品质部门进行风险分析;

5.负责和组织相关部门与供应商对新项目进行技术讨论;

6.负责样品，试产物料；

7.负责推进样件批准流程的控制；

8.物料转入SOP后的交接工作；

9.完成由部门经理分配的其他工作。

-Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in electronics

-Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience in electronics procurement

-Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with procurement processes and electronic component cost control

-Special Skills: Familiar with the interchangeability and cost differences between domestic electronic materials and international brands

-Software Skills (Office Automation, etc.): Strong office automation skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with SAP systems

-Languages: Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese

-知识与技巧 熟悉采购相关流程，电子元器件的成本控制

-特殊技能 熟悉国产电子物料与国际品牌替换性与成本差异
