• Develop mechanical concept according to customer requirement and internal design guideline

• Apply product engineering method (e.g. DRBFM, DFMEA) during mechanical development phase

• Improve design based on simulation activity via technical risk finding and ensure simulation fits to real application

• Generate drawings and component specifications, release BOM on time

• Risk assessment for any product and process deviation

• Basic knowledge of plastic parts' molding process.

• Perform technical discussion with supplier and ensure the component quality collaborated with purchasing and supplier

• Approve purchased parts for use in validation

• Support release of purchased parts for series

• Apply engineering method (e.g. 8D, PS) to solve any problem of product.

• Provide technical supports for internal departments

• Bachelor/Master in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• 5years' working experience, with BLDC technology design and experience with high voltage BLDC motor is preferred

• Skilled in 3D model and 2D drawing creation, good at UG

• Self-motivated, able to work independently and integrate well into a cross-functional team.

• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese

• Have a good sense of responsibility and teamwork
