We are seeking a motivated Project Manager and Process engineering to support New manufacturing projects. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, robotics, Automation who are looking to transition into manufacturing project management & process engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Robotics automation and application
• I4.0 and MES activities
• Programming support
• Assist in manufacturing process planning and development.
• Coordination with machine manufacturer for process development and coordination
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, CTG,Engg etc.) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and action trackers.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Monitor daily progress and escalate delays or issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution.
• Participate in project review meetings and prepare status updates.
• Ability to create simple dashboards(PowerBI) to track project KPIs like timelines.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of project lifecycle and manufacturing processes.

• Hands-on exposure to tools like MS Excel, MS Project, SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

• Digital Tools knowledge will be added advantage.

• B.E – Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing/quality/production roles.

• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in project management.
