电力电子与电气传动，电气工程自动化或自动控制相关专业，本科及以上学历；
-工作经验:
3年的硬件开发经验；
熟悉开关电源，DC-DC，MCU, ARM, DSP等微处理器及其外围电路设计；
熟悉各类IO端口电路设计和各类通讯总线（Profi Bus, Ethernet, CAN, USB…）；
-知识与技巧：
电力电子技术，模拟电子技术，数字电子技术，电机 理论与电机控制，ARM DSP处理器及其应用；
-软件技能：
MS-Office，Spice仿真工具，ECAD电路设计工具，MATLAB，MATHCAD；
-语言：
英语良好。
1、通用型变频器及伺服驱动器硬件电路开发，硬件测试及设计文件归档；
2、变频器和伺服驱动器硬件模块框架概念设计及其可行性评估；
3、电路性能参数仿真及优化；
4、电路原理图绘制及PCB布板审阅；
5、设计文档生成，包括需求规格书，设计规格书，计算书及设计失效分析等文档；
6、产品成本分析及控制；
7、硬件部门的日常活动及安排的其它工作。
