Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support manufacturing projects from initiation to closure. This role is ideal for candidates with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or production who are looking to transition into project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing manufacturing projects.
• Development and coordination of Samples.
• MAE Ordering and tracking
• Capital expenditure planning and tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, CTG,Engg etc.) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and action trackers.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Monitor daily progress and escalate delays or issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution.
• Participate in project review meetings and prepare status updates.
• Ability to create simple dashboards to track project KPIs like timelines.
• Localization activity co Ordinator from manufacture team
• coordination with global team for a new export project
• ECR Co Ordinator
• PDM Role (BOM release for all the new part numbers)
• Hands on SAP POE module (MM, CS, CA, new development modules, etc)

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of project lifecycle and manufacturing processes.

• Hands-on exposure to tools like MS Excel, MS Project, SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

• Digital Tools knowledge will be added advantage.

• B.E – Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing/quality/production roles.

• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in project management.
