As a Sales & Marketing Junior Manager Program participant, you'll actively shape the digitalization of sales and marketing and lay the foundation for an international management career at Bosch.

Over 12-24 months, you'll rotate through various rotations both domestically and abroad. In Sales, for instance, you might support the implementation of new digital sales channels and e Shop solutions.

In Online Marketing, it's all about boosting the visibility of Bosch brand websites and acquiring new customers digitally. This involves hands-on work in content marketing, as well as project support for various new digital tools.

Together with us, you'll build the groundwork for your future as a leader. For us, leadership means continuously developing yourself and others, influencing existing processes, and ultimately achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals.

  • You decide when your start date works best for you and when your permanent employment contract begins.
  • Design your program with up to 6 rotations in agile product areas, corporate start-ups, or traditional line organizations.
  • Get to know Bosch through an international rotation.
  • Supplement your hands-on experience with diverse learning and training methods, for which a personalized budget is available to you.
  • Benefit from the network and experience of your personal mentor at the management level.

Personality: You're passionate about digital marketing and transformation and enjoy working with customers and partners. You love inspiring others. You view courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness as desirable attitudes.

Background: You've successfully completed your Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Digital/Social Media, or a comparable field with above-average results. Perhaps you've already earned an MBA, PhD, or gained initial professional experience.

Experience and know-how: You bring at least three months of international experience and have hands-on experience through relevant internships in e Commerce, digital content marketing, online marketing, social media, or customer account management. Furthermore, you have excellent English skills and good German skills.
