1. Internal & External defect cost reduction driver

• Monthly Quality report: IDC EDC and identify abnormal status& perform root cause analysis and follow up.

• Finish quarterly quality indicator report and support HOD to hold quarterly QIM meeting and OPL follow up.

• Drive organization to set up CIP project to reduce IDC & EDC. Follow up status.

• Support organization for problem solving.

• Leading C-coating quality management with C-coating team

• Leading customer complaint and trigger root cause analysis and action implementation

1. ISO 9001 Coordinator

• Organize yearly ISO9001 3rd party certificate audit;

• Responsible for OPL root cause analysis and make corrective action and preventive action

with responsible department and track OPL until close.

1. Internal process audit

• Finish yearly internal process audit according to quality manager’s requirements.

• Follow up OPL, and trigger CIP in case necessary.

1. CIP organizer in QMM department

• Identify CIP points and leading CIP in organization.

1. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in custom automation, special machinery, or industrial equipment manufacturing;

3. Proficient in using core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC;

4. Skilled in root cause analysis tools like 8D Reports, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams;

5. Able to lead or participate in continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives;

6. Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent standards;

7. Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma tools.

8. Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to work closely with design, production, procurement, and service teams to resolve quality issues;

9. Able to act as a customer-facing quality contact to manage incoming concerns and feedback.

10. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure;

11. Strong team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset;

12. Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing work environment;

13. Proficiency in English (reading and writing) is required.
