算法研发 开发管理体系搭建与优化： 搭建与优化智驾算法平台项目及客户项目的管理流程与模板（立项/结项/计划管理/组织架构/预算管理/风险管理/变更管理等）；
-
组织智驾算法开发部门项目的立项/结项/周例会/预算评审会等各项会议召开，负责代办记录与跟踪；
-
定期输出项目健康度报告，组织项目复盘会，组织提炼经验教训并推动落地改进；
-
为算法团队提供项目管理方法论支持，同步公司研发政策与流程，协助解决算法研发中流程卡点；
-
核算与管控各项目各团队的预算规划及使用情况，协助部门申请预算等相关工作。

具备智驾算法开发流程制定和优化等相关经验或能力；

具备项目管理专业知识，拥有PMP证书优先，担任过智驾项目管理者优先；
-
具备使用项目管理问题分析及问题解决的工具（5Why/8D/FTA等）等经验，并具备指导算法开发使用的相关经验及能力；
-
精通项目管理工具的使用（jira/飞书等），能使用Excel等工具汇总和数据分析；
-
具备基础预算管理及核算能力，能使用工具汇总和分析相关数据或内容。
